Our Whole Lives (OWL) in Bemidji, Minnesota

Honest, accurate information about sexuality changes lives. It dismantles stereotypes and assumptions, builds self-acceptance and self-esteem, fosters healthy relationships, improves decision making, and has the potential to save lives. Participants learn to feel positive about themselves and their sexuality while they clarify their values, apply their values to their experiences, and gain knowledge about their bodies, feelings, and behaviors.
